It All Began with a Squeegee, a Good Work Ethic, and a Dream
In 1947, Henry Ehrenkranz arrived in Houston with big ambitions, a Coast Guard uniform still in his closet, and a determination to build something of his own. Turning down the chance to take over his father’s successful New Jersey business, he instead purchased a struggling company called University Window Cleaners and transformed it into Texas Window Cleaning (now Texas Window Cleaning and Waterproofing—TWCW).
Armed with a squeegee, a brush, and a work ethic honed through years of service and study, Henry laid the foundation for what would become a family legacy.
What started as a modest window cleaning service has grown into a trusted name in building envelope care. Today, TWCW specializes in comprehensive maintenance, waterproofing, and restoration services, offering expertise far beyond our original scope.

Jaquiline Wannam
Administrative Assistant
Jaqueline oversees the company’s operations and administrative processes, from marketing to scheduling and invoicing. While she focuses on internal operations, she also enjoys connecting with clients and colleagues.
Originally from Guatemala, she studied Business Administration and has experience in global logistics, international shipping, and the tobacco industry. Working with diverse customers fueled her passion for people and creating positive change.
Outside of work, Jaqueline loves dogs, nature walks, and spending time with family and friends. She also has a strong passion for learning.
Juan Orellana
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, with over 30 years of experience at Texas Window Cleaning and Waterproofing, Juan Orellana takes pride in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Originally from El Salvador, he has dedicated his career to managing client relationships, assessing buildings, and maintaining the highest safety standards.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his grandkids and cooking for family and friends. His passion for excellence and commitment to customers drives him every day.

As the third-generation owner leading Texas Window Cleaning and Waterproofing, Scott takes great pride in continuing his family’s legacy of excellence and service. After graduating from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX, he has dedicated his career to ensuring his company delivers top-quality results while building lasting relationships with customers.
Scott grew up working for the family business throughout high school and college. Beyond work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, Henry, who they named after Scott’s grandfather, who started the business in 1947.
His commitment to Texas Window Cleaning and Waterproofing’s clients, employees, and the communities they serve is at the heart of everything he does.
Stan Ehrenkranz
Owner
Stan, a graduate of from the University of Texas, became president of Texas Window Cleaning Co., Inc. in 1978 following the untimely death of his father Henry Ehrenkranz. Stan was only 26 at the time which was quite the learning curve. Now, he is pleased that his son Scott Ehrenkranz is assuming the reins from him turning Texas Window Cleaning Co., Inc. into Texas Window Cleaning and Waterproofing ,a 3rd generation later.
